A Typical Day in Green Season – Watch the Video
What’s it really like visiting Costa Rica in Green Season? It’s a question we often receive from our guests when they’re planning their vacations between May and November. They’re often unsure about the weather but there’s little reason to be.

The Green Season Experience
When it rains during Green Season, it’s most often only for a few hours in the afternoon or at night. That means warm, sunny mornings with plenty of time for Osa Peninsula rainforest adventures, Pacific beach exploring or ocean excursions. The wildlife will still be out in full force too, and there can even be days where it doesn’t rain at all.
The rains here are “warm” and they come and go quickly. While they pass, you’ll have time for a super relaxing post-lunch nap in your luxury rainforest bungalow before emerging for a tropical cocktail at sundown and a delicious open-air dinner.
