Ceviche Tico style: cold lemon juice-cooked fish with sweet peppers, onions and cilantro. Served with crispy tortillas.

Ceviche de pescado a la tica: Pescado marinado en jugo de limón con chiles dulces, cebollas y culantro. Servido con tortillas fritas.

Hearts of Romaine Macadamia Nut Salad: honey-glazed macadamia nuts and organic goat cheese top crisp hearts of romaine. Drizzled with a balsamic garlic dressing. Pick up each leaf with your hand to savor all the flavors.

Ensalada de corazones de lechuga Romana y Macadamia: macadamias bañadas en miel y queso de cabra orgánico sobre crujientes corazones de lechuga romana. Esta ensalada está rociada con un aderezo de vinagre balsámico y ajo. Tome cada hoja con su mano y disfrute los diferentes sabores.

Beef Enchiladas Sudadas: shredded tenderloin beef and local Turrialba cheese wrapped in corn tortillas topped with our special Costa Rican style enchilada sauce and baked to perfection. Served with a dollop of cilantro sour cream. Accompanied with rice and steamed vegetables. The local cheese comes from the small town of Turrialba in Costa Rica. Sudado is a favorite local way of cooking meat until it is so soft that it falls apart, similar to stewing.

Enchiladas de res sudadas: Pedacitos de lomito de res sudados y queso Turrialba envueltos en tortillas de maíz cubiertas con nuestra salsa costarricense especial para enchilada y asadas a la perfección. Servidas con un poquito de natilla con culantro. Se acompaña de arroz y vegetales hervidos. El queso local viene del pueblito llamado Turrialba. Una manera favorita de cocinar la carne es sudarla, lo cual quiere decir cocinarla hasta que esté suave y se separe sóla.

Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Brochettes:
juicy grilled jumbo shrimp with a hint of fresh orange are served on a bed of black bean-sesame-orange cilantro pasta.

Brochetas asadas de Camarón Jumbo: Camarón Jumbo asado y jugoso con una pizca de naranja fresca servido sobre una pasta con frijoles, ajonjolí, naranja y culantro.

Vegetable Enchiladas:
mixed sautéed vegetables and local Turrialba cheese wrapped in homemade corn tortillas topped with our special Costa Rican style enchilada sauce and baked to perfection. Served with a dollop of cilantro sour cream. The local mild white cheese comes from the small town of Turrialba in Costa Rica.

Enchiladas vegetarianas: Vegetales mixtos y salteados envueltos en tortillas de maíz junto con queso Turrialba, cubiertas con nuestra salsa costarricense especial para enchiladas y asadas a la perfección. Servidas con un poquito de natilla con culantro. Se acompaña de arroz y vegetales hervidos. El queso local viene del pueblito llamado Turrialba.

 Concha y Toro Amelia Chardonnay or Marquez Merlot

The previously mentioned entrees this evening are served with penne pasta tossed with lightly sautéed ,diced tomatoes with fresh rosemary and oregano in a creamy Parmesan-basil pesto. 

Enjoy homemade rolls filled chopped green olives.Los platos fuertes antes mencionados esta noche se acompañan con pasta, bañada con una deliciosa salsa de tomates picadas, hierbas frescas, un pesto Parmesano y con panecillos con aceitunas verdes.

Upside-Down Baby Cheesecakes: an individual cheesecake with a roasted macadamia crust and passion fruit caramel sauce.

Pequeños Volcados de Cheesecake: Quequitos individuales de queso crema con una base crujiente de macadamia y una salsa de maracuyá y caramelo.

Chocolate-Mora Flan: a smooth chocolate custard, served with a mora-rum sauce. Mora is a mountain grown Central American blackberry.

Flan de Chocolate y Mora: un suave antojito de chocolate. Servido sobre una salsa de mora y ron. Mora es una fruta que crece en abundancia en Centroamérica.
